The Council appoints the City Clerk/Treasurer .The City Clerk shall give notice of the council's meetings, keep a journal of its proceedings, authenticate by her signature and record in full in the book kept for the purpose all ordinances and resolutions and shall perform such other duties assigned by the Council.
The City Clerk and her staff will assist the public with any open records information, Birth and Death records for the State, Zoning information, and Utility Services. You may stop in the office, e-mail or phone with questions.
